Smarty
wants you to be satisfied! If you need to return something, here is
what you need to know:

All
returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All
returns require a return authorization (RA) number, prominently placed on the outside of the box.

Requests for RA numbers should be
emailed to customerservice@smartyhadaparty.com

RA
numbers are valid for 2 weeks only.

Items
purchased as a full case must be returned as a full case. We do not
give partial refunds for case purchases.

Serving
accessories are not returnable.

Only
unopened merchandise is accepted for a refund.

Shipping
charges are not refundable.
-
Return
shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

Customers
who receive free shipping will be charged the shipping fee if all or
part of the order is returned for refund.

Returns
must be packaged carefully to survive the trip. Returns arriving in
damaged condition will not receive a refund.

All
returns must be received within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a
refund.
Return
Instructions:

Your
return authorization number must be on the outside of the box.
Returns without a return authorization number will be refused.

Pack
your return CAREFULLY! Damaged merchandise that has not been
properly packed will not be refunded.

You
must mark "FRAGILE" on the outside of the box in very
prominent lettering.

Please
print a copy of your return authorization and enclosed it with your
return.

Refunds:
We
will refund your credit card within 14 days of receiving your undamaged return. Please remember that, depending on your issuing bank, it
may take up to an additional 30 days for that refund to appear in your
account.
Exchanges:
We
regret that we do not provide exchange transactions. Replacements for
returned merchandise must be ordered separately.
