How
to check on an order:
Click
on My Account, located in the upper left hand corner of your screen.
There you can view your orders, update your billing or shipping
address, or change your password.
What
shipping carriers are used?
Smarty
ships most packages via FedEx Ground or FedEx Express. USPS Priority
Mail is available for packages weighing one pound or less.
How
are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping
charges are based on the weight of your order, the shipping method
selected and the distance traveled. If your order totals $275.00 or
more, ground shipping for most items delivered within the 48
contiguous states is free.
When
will my order arrive?

offers ground shipping and three express methods. See below for an

to Alaska, Hawaii and rural domestic addresses require one additional
business day for delivery.
Please
note that FedEx does not guarantee against weather related delays.
Make sure you give yourself an extra day to allow for weather issues.
International
shipping is available by phone only. Please inquire at 314/431-5400.
International orders require additional transit time. Additional
taxes, duties and/or brokerage fees apply on international shipments.
What
if an item is not in stock?
Smarty
values the importance of your approaching event. We take extensive
pains to ensure that all items featured on our site are in stock at
all times and ready to ship. Occasionally, demand may exceed supply
or a manufacturer delay may occur. In those situations, we make every
effort to contact you via email or phone. Please make sure the
contact information you provide is both accurate and the best way to
reach you.
What
if something is wrong with my order?
Smarty
takes your party very seriously! As such, great effort is made
to ensure your order is packed safely and accurately. If you feel
there is a problem with the order you received, you must report it
within 3 days of delivery. Please be sure to adhere to this reporting
policy, as we unfortunately cannot investigate a delayed report. In
case of damage, all merchandise, boxes and packaging materials must
be preserved in their condition of arrival for proper inspection.
Digital photos will be required to make a claim.

I return my items?

Why
do I have to provide my email address?
Your
email address is necessary to identify you and communicate with you
about the processing of your order.
Do
you give out my email address to other companies?
No.
We do not sell, rent or otherwise disclose your email address to any
