My items arrived in record time and tightly wrapped in mint condition. The polka dot plates are adorable and the acrylic flatware looks wonderful! I had a large order (in 3 separate packages)and out of everything, only one pack of forks was missing. I called in and Smarty Had A Party had a pack ordered by the end of the conversation. The gentleman on the phone was very kind and very helpful. Wow! What a fantastic company! Placed order, shipped and received all in just a few days! I was asked to help decorate the reception hall for a dear family friend on a very tight budget. Not only was I able to find almost everything I needed but it was all very reasonably priced and of great quality. Our tables are going to be elegant and beautiful from the chaircovers and sashes to the silver flatware. When I called and explain the deal, not only did they resend what was damaged they sent many extras. My guest were impressed with every thing we got from Smartys. I absolutely love this website, not only are there products quality grade they are reasonably priced as well. I searched for table linens for a graduation party and was thrilled that I didn't have to get those cheap plastic ones. Not only did I have fantastic looking tables, I had purchased serveware as well and created the best platters from apps to cold cuts! Thanks Smarty! When my friends linens fell through the day before her wedding, she was angry and resigned to plain banquet hall chairs. With all the confidence in the world, I told her not to worry because I would take care of it. Who knew how hard it would be to find local linens in the price range she had budgeted??? I called every rental company I could find. Thankfully my internet search turned up Smarty Had A Party and they saved the day! The wonderful customer service rep (i apologize for not remembering her name) was extremely helpful in finding the right items to meet the budget. Not only that, she was able to arrange overnight shipping to PA so that we had them in time for the ceremony. Her prices beat everyone and their shipping was the cheapest anyone had quoted me. You can be sure that I'll be using this company again and recommending them to everyone. I can't thank them enough for saving the day for my friend's wedding.

I can not say enough great things about the customer service of this company! I will only be shopping on this site for any party's I plan in the future. It was a pleasure placing an order and I received it very quickly. There was a small mix up on the napkins I ordered but the problem was fixed and I had new napkins sent out within 30 minutes .

Teresa provided me with the best customer service I have had in years!! It is so rare now a days to find someone that will go above and beyond to help you find what you are looking for even if you aren't quite sure what that is. Absolutely THE BEST customer service I've ever experienced in all my 47 years! Hands down. One of our items didn't arrive with the rest so I immediately had that sinking feeling of, "Uh oh. Here we go..." I was WAY off! They resolved it in a heartbeat and more than made up for it. It could not have been any easier of a transaction. I found this site and ordered products and when they came I did a quick look and had what I ordered. When I went to open one of the boxes of salt shakers I ordered gold lids & had chrome lids. It wouldn't work as well on my tables, but thought what the heck. I did note that I had recived the incorrect item and this company overnighted the correct item and picked up the wrong one. Wow!! When does that happen? I was really Impressed. Thank you Wendy, couldn't beleive it when you called after my email.

Ordered table ware for a wedding and it was beautiful. The plates look so much like china my son-in-law had to pick them up to make sure they were plastic.
